Before we start, we talk it through calmly and with care — where you're holding tension, what you're hoping to get out of the hour. Then you lie down, calm setting, long circular movements, pressure adjusted to how you respond. Unlike a big spa, there's no line or rotating therapists here: the time is yours, start to finish.
It's a good fit if you end the day with a heavy body, struggle to unwind, or just want some care for yourself. Pregnancy, a recent injury, surgery, or a skin condition are worth a quick chat first on WhatsApp.
